This field of daisies and dandelions made a nice setting. Although Mollie’s in college, we decided to make these shots similar to a senior photo session.

Besides great food, by nightfall we get a great show of fireworks. Each year it’s my job to capture the event, well ok, it’s not a job – just my own little adventure. I love capturing the effects of light, and fireworks are a unique source of light.

This is inside an old, fiberglass boat hull. It makes for a great contrast between the dirty, graffitied interior and the model’s pink dress.

The wedding was supposed to be outdoors in the grove but Oregon weather did not cooperate. Instead, the ceremony was held inside “The Barn” where the reception would be. During the ceremony, it poured rain which is actually a good sign for a happy future together.

The first look on their wedding day. Chris’s smile says it all.
