Mahlon Davis graduated from Oregon State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. With portfolio in hand, he hit the streets of the big city, Portland Oregon, to take the design world by storm. After too much rejection, he was hired by a small print shop to do design and layout for prepress. He gained new knowledge and skills that would only enhance his proficiency of design in the future.

It wasn’t long before a design/ad agency called “Reyna Moore Advertising,” hired him away from the print shop to be a full creative force.  While working there, he was allowed to establish his own client base, with hopes of one day being on his own. In 1993, he broke away from Reyna Moore and started White Space Design, Inc. with a partner who left within the first year.

Since then, White Space  has become an established source of art services throughout the Portland/Vancouver area, providing photography as well as graphic design, on a business to business level. It’s always been about relationships and meeting the needs of our clients. Pacific Talent, Inc. has been a client for over 20 years. Hopefully you’ll become a client too.
